I do not know how recharge skitto flexiload?. Please describing skitto recharge system formulla me.?

To reload skitto number , the retailer (flexiload shop keeper) has to dial: (*666*017XXXXXXXX*amount*retailer's flexiload PIN#). Do not put additional “0” in “retailer's flexiload PIN” . From my end, I always follow that instruction .
