Reddit blockage

Hi. Why Reddit is blocked? I can instantly load reddit app/website on my broadband connection but it never works on cell data. Why so?

    I can enter the Reddit app and see posts. But I can't see any comments. It’s saying that Reddit is blocked. Help.
