Recharge problem

As a post-office uddokta, I always use to "Nagad" to make my transaction . But unfortunately when I want to MOBILE recharge I can't be recharged in my skitto SIM. There is no another option to make my recharge either USSD & NAGAD app too.
Please fixed it.
