টেকনিক্যাল কিছু সমস্যার জন্য আপনার account এ টাকাটি add হতে কিছুটা সময় লাগতে পারে। যদি কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেও টাকাটি add না হয় তাহলে "https://support.portwallet.com" এখানে ভিজিট করে "open a new ticket" অপশন সিলেক্ট করে যে তথ্যগুলো চাইবে সেগুলো পূরণ করে,আপনার অভিযোগটি তৈরী করুন । আশা করছি ৭২ ঘন্টার মাধ্যেই আপনার card এর account এ টাকাটি refund হয়ে যাবে ।
