skitto volte service available

Hello, although my device is 4g VoLTE supported device but the gp service said they can't proceed volte at this time. Why? My device is poco m2 pro. And i am also available in 4g network coverage area. My sim also 4g enabled. In stead of everything okay, but i can't enable VoLTE in my skitto sim.
