Favourite solo artist?

We talked about bands earlier. But solo artists own the music industry as much as bands do/did. 
Specially in the 2010s decade, we saw rock slowly die and so did bands and all these pop genre grow up with mostly solo artists. 
Hip hop has always a genre for solo artists. 
What are 3 of your most favorite solo artists (any genre)?
And why do ya love em so much?
