Speed Problem

I have faced speed problem of skitto from 31 dec, 19 to till now. I have downloaded a few things at this period. The speed was so poor. How can i get rid of this problem? I have restart my phone several times, but nothing changed. Help me

    Bro, First set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your Phone.Then go to Mobile settings > Mobile network > Access Point Name. To Create a new APN Click Add new option and fill up Information with APN name : skittonet > and APN: skittonet then save the APN.
    And then kindly restart your handset, problem will be solved.
