In order to use 4G, you need to use 4G phone, you need to enable 4G from the phone, you need to be in 4G area. First set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your Phone.Then go to Mobile settings > Mobile network > Access Point Name. To Create a new APN Click Add new option and fill up Information with APN name : skittonet > and APN: skittonet then save the APN.
