NET PROBLEM

I've brought 23GB monthly pack yesterday. It work's fine in every app like YouTube Facebook Instagram etc. But it doesn't working on PUBG mobile. Now what can I do? I bought 50+50mb and started paying pubg it worked. But after finishing the 100mb it again stopped. Pubg mobile isn't working yet.

    সম্মানিত গ্রাহক,দুঃখিত ,মহামান্য হাইকোর্টের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী Free Fire ,PUBG সহ বেশকিছু অনলাইন গেম পরবর্তী নির্দেশনা না দেয়া পর্যন্ত skitto তে বন্ধ রাখা হয়েছে। যে কারণে আপনি এই সেবাটি নিতে পারবেন না, সমস্যা হতে পারে। এছাড়া,গেমে অনেক কারণেই সমস্যা হতে পারে;কান্ট্রি(country) সেটিং ,সার্ভার(server) সেটিং ইত্যাদি কারণেও সমস্যা হতে পারে।আপনার অন্য সকল ক্ষেত্রে সমস্যা হলে আপনি ইন্টারনেট সেটিংসটি করে দেখতে পারেন। 
    Skitto সিম থেকে ইন্টারনেট সেবা পেতে -আপনার skitto সিমটি আপনার ফোন এর সিম 1-স্লট বা 4-জি স্লট এ রেখে, ফোন এর সেটিংস থেকে Access Point Name এ গিয়ে Name আর APN এ দুটি অপশনে "skittonet" লিখে ইন্টারনেট সেটিংস করে ফোনটি রিস্টার্ট দিয়ে দেখতে পারেন।
