Please Help!!

My previous balance was just zero!! Why? There were some balance existed before its date expired. But now when I again recharge I couldn't found any previous balance which will be added after recharge.

Please give back my previous balance fast.

    For your problem you can dial 121 from skitto sim or call 01701000121 from any sim operator.
