internet takes time to start

when I start internet with mobile data after a long time (like 1st time at the morning or after 3 or 4 hour using wifi),net takes time to start. Some time it does not start until restarting the phone. This is very annoying & time wasting.

Why is this happening & how can I stop it??

First set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your Phone.Then go to Mobile settings > Mobile network > Access Point Name. To Create a new APN Click Add new option and fill up Information with APN name : skittonet > and APN: skittonet then save the APN.
