Promo deals aren’t working

While trying to buy internet i've noticed that promo deals aren’t working. It shows bundle not allowed. Why is this happening? And how could I get rid of it?

Make sure that you have enough data balance, if you have and still unable to buy data packs,so uninstall your skitto app and reinstall it.
