Skitto sim | more MB cutting problem

I always use 3G, but still I have noticed, Skitto sim cuts more MB, almost three times more data than other mobile operators and very slow net. Any idea and solutions ?

    skitto sim is 4G sim, it's net speed is unlimited. So when net is used with this sim, it costs more data than other sim's. That's what I think!

    mb package 10, 17 gb use koran
