Purchase of internet package

When the internet balance is finished, I have to buy new internet package through Skitto apps which requires internet. How can I buy internet package by dialling number which does not require any internet.

    You don't need any data to buy an internet package. Data is not must for skitto app . You can run it without any data.
    You can see your data, taka , minutes or SMS by dialling *121*1#.
    But you can't purchase any pack by dialling.?
