No Network

I was abroad for 2.5 months and after I came back I inserted my Skitto sim in my phone but since then it doesn't have any network. I tried recharging and I could even buy internet packs through the app but the mobile network is not available. Any idea on how I could solve this problem?

    Change it 2g mode if didn’t work then contact with customer care and be sure network available on ur area
