I cannot use my account data

    Check your account balance first. Then if you have data, so you can set your internet settings properly. Set your skitto sim in slot 1. Then set access point name in to "skittonet" and profile name "skittonet". After that restart your phone once. I have done all these process and my problem has been resolved.
