About reload balance

I have reloaded a number (which was 01309989707) through my Skitto app's Bkash payment. But the reload was not successful because the number which I tried to reload was not skitto number. But my money(110 taka) was deducted from my BKash app. Now what should I do? please help.

    Bkash might have refunded the amount already. If they have not done it yet,  then u better call bkash helpline or customer care... Cus,  here in this case, i don't see any available option for skitto to help u.

    Check account balance again. If not solved yet then you can raise a ticket in https://support.portwallet.com with all the details to get a faster refund.
