Reloading problem

I have tried several times to reload my account from Bkash using Skitto App but everytime the execution got failed. What's the solution?
NB:I have enough balance in my Bkash account 
  • [Deleted User]by: [Deleted User]

    Dial *247# from your Bkash wallet number 
    Select Mobile Recharge>Grameenphone>skitto.
    Then follow the procedures.
