To whome it may concer, 
This sim is not mine. I am using it because the owner is my younger brother. He gave me the sim card permanently. Now I want to know the process of changeing the user registration informations of the sim 
I hope you will help me to give the informationof thw proces.

    You have to visit his/her nearest GPC
    Both parties physical presence is mandatory at GPC
    New owner needs to take 2 copy passport size photo and photocopy of NID
    Old owner needs take 1 copy passport size photo and photocopy of NID
    GPC will do biometric verification of the old owner and the new owner
