Money didn't add through bkash

I reload 50tk through bkash in to my account but didn't add that money! What to do now?

     If you recharged from skitto app then you can raise a ticket in https://support.portwallet.com with all the details to get a faster refund.

    Please dont use Bkash app, recharge through USSD *247#
