Not getting recharged amount through online paymnent

I have reloaded 1000tk from my skitto app via my  card.that was not successful.bt after few min rechage of 100 tk was successful.what can i do now.my information are below
Skitto sim no 01303129048
Reload amount from skitto app
 BDT 1000....that was not credited to my skitto sim account..but card balance was deducted...please help me to refund my amount or credit it to my skitto sim as early as possible...

    Please check account balance again. If not solved yet then you can raise a ticket in https://support.portwallet.com with all the details to get a faster refund.
