I reached but do not add my Skitto balance...

I reached my Skitto apps 45 tk form my bkas accounts yesterday but do not add my balance to Skitto apps...bkas massages "successful balance reached 45 tk" cut my balance..what's it's problems and how to find my 45 taka to add Skitto apps ?? Please tell me:....

    Please check account balance again. If not solved yet then you can raise a ticket in https://support.portwallet.com with all the details to get a faster refund.
