Showing less internet balance

I have bought 17gb pack. I had around 300+ remaining balance (mb) from previous pack. After some usage, balance is showing less than 17 gb, however, some previous balance is available. Then, question is how my total balance is less than 17 gb now? My usage wasn't more than 300mb.

    As far as I know there is no option of adding previous data pack with a new one in skitto sim. So your data balance has deducted from your 17 gb pack after using data.
