Problems with network and flexiload

I don’t get network while I am sitting at your next door in NSU. Also it happened with me several time I loaded money for my sim but I didn’tget the money at the same time the the shopkeeper who flexiload the money he told me that the money was already send!!! Seriouslyguys please fix these problems. Otherwise I will throw my sim in dustbin like my other friend.

Have you tried to load by bkash or mygp app. I load my sim by bkash since i purchased it, till now i am not having any problem of loadung my sim.

I always use bkash or other online channels from skitto apps, and got my balance instantly...
