    First set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your phone. Then go to Mobile settings> Mobile Network> Access point name. You have to change APN Name:( Skitto-Internet )And APN:( skittointernet )then save the APN.
    Then kindly restart your handset, problem will be solved.
