today at 10 pm i have recharged 100/- from EBL to my skitto numb. it was not received in my skitto and i received an sms that "subsrciber not found". but the amount was deducted from my EBL bank account. After that whn i m trying to communicate with customer care,i can't . i hv alrdy tried more thsn 50 times by now. its highly annoying!! plz.. do needfull. I have documents, sms of the transaction that was successful and amount was deducted..too much annoying!!

করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধে সবাই এ এখন বাসায়। সাধারণ সময়ের তুলনায় অনেক বেশি মানুষ একসাথে একই সময়ে ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করছেন। তাই হয়তো এখন ইন্টারনেট স্পিড কমে গেছে।
