Number busy instead of waiting

While I am is in call if anyone try to call me he / she finding myself busy instead of waiting. Please take a proper care of it. I don't know whether it's my phone's problem or the skitto system. Please let me know about this.

আমার স্কিটো সিম অন্য ফোনো দিয়ে ট্রাই করছি, একই সমস্যা। অন্য সিমে ঠিকই কল ওয়েটিং কাজ করে। সিম রিপ্লেস করেও দেখছি ঠিক হয় না।
