Recharge problem

I just make a request for recharge my skitto by using rocket.they deduct the money form my rocket account but the balance still not add to my skitto account

    I just  reload  my skitto  balance  by using bKash. they deduct the money from may bKash account  but the balance still not add to my skitto accoun.please do something immediately.
