About Recharge fail

Today I have Recharged 297 TK which includes an internet offer from my bkash account(Account no: 01681037908)
But I did not get any internet package and even I did not get the recharged amount.
Can you please help me in this case??

01342245015 this is my sikito sim card recharge 53 from nagad account but can't get this money still no top up add but cutting money in my nagad account. What the reason.why like that poor service.
