Important sim deactivition by mistake

I deactivated my Skitto sim in third July for purchasing a another GP sim from a customer care. Now I need my that Skitto sim urgently. Customer representative said that it could be reactivate within 6/10 days after deactivation.But I spent 21 days. If any solutions for me plz give me. Thanks in advance...
