On line problem in village

Recently I came to village for few days and it's really a rural place. Skitto is promised to give best net support where ever I m but having some problem in comilla area. Why is that sir?

    First set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your Phone.Then go to Mobile settings > Mobile network > Access Point Name. To Create a new APN Click Add new option and fill up Information with APN name : skittonet > and APN: skittonet then save the APN.
