On line problem in village

Recently I came to village for few days and it's really a rural place. Skitto is promised to give best net support where ever I m but having some problem in comilla area. Why is that sir?

    You can set your internet settings properly. Set your skitto sim in slot 1. Then set access point name in to "skittonet" and profile name "skittonet". After that restart your phone once.
