I was given a secret deal from Skitto, where it says I can get 2GB for 40 Taka with a 7-day validity. I recharged 40 Taka to buy this offer, but whenever I try to purchase the pack, it says that my account is short on balance and asks me to reload.

    I am facing the same problem.. 

    I wanna buy 8 gb for 100 tk 30 days validity but every time i try to purchase  it sey i am out of baleace and  ask me to reload.  What is the solution?
