Network Issue In Savar

I'm pretty embarrassed by the network strength. Several times I have experienced that issue. I want draw attention of the authority in this regard.

    First set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your Phone.Then go to Mobile settings > Mobile network > Access Point Name. To Create a new APN Click Add new option and fill up Information with APN name : skittonet > and APN: skittonet then save the APN.
