Ping speed problem

Please fix ping speed. Others speeds ok. But when I play online games, I look ping speed is not stable. And its very disgusting ? please fix this problem.

    First set your skitto SIM at SIM1 slot on your Phone.Then go to Mobile settings > Mobile network > Access Point Name. To Create a new APN Click Add new option and fill up Information with APN name : skittonet > and APN: skittonet then save the APN.
    And then restart your handset, problem will be solved.
