SMS wasn't delivered but balance is gone! Why?by: SMS wasn't delivered but balance is gone! Why?

Hello!
It is weird that I was trying to send a few SMS at a time, In the return message I found out the messages weren't delivered. 

Back then, I saw my balance is finished! 
Please check it and returned my balance as soon as possible!

    ভাই ,আপনার সমস্যার জন্য আপনি skitto সিম থেকে 121 এ ডায়াল করুন অথবা  01701000121 এই নম্বরটি তে কল করতে পারেন যেকোনো সিম অপারেটর থেকে।
