Network Coverage at Niketon

I am residing at Niketon and I used to have Grameenphone Internet for quite a long time. My handset was and still is Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Does Skitto and Grameenphone falls under the same network as Skitto is one of the concern of Grameenphone? If so, why Skitto network coverage is worse than Citycel 2G network from my home. Although, If I go outside its fine.
Again.. my house or handset should not be the issue as the Grameenphone network and Internet works just fine.
I am attaching a picture of the network signal I am getting at this very moment. Kindly advice.

    That's great bro!! your handset is alright,
    just a test purpuse, you can check it by another device with configure manual internet settings of skitto.
    if showing same result then share it with skitto helpline( 01701000121).

    Skitto net is the worst among all connection...they actually don’t have cavarage. Even in gulshan they don’t have coverage, they told me gulshan 2 is in red zone????lolz. Though I don’t know what does that mean. What is red zone for a network?????!!!and they don’t know when it’s gonna green ??? or b fixed. I’m quitting this fkn Skitto. Robi is far more better that this.....
